Breakfast seminar 8th of November

Customer experience in times of crisis

How are customer experiences managed in times of crisis, and what can we learn from those who operate in these sectors daily?

  • “How working in the Humanitarian Sector has informed our approach to delivering Customer Experience” from Julian Hucker, CEO of Zing

  • “Customer Service when it really counts” from Ingvild Wiggen, team leader at Sector Alarm

Come and listen to Julian Hucker from Zing, talk about how they help the Norwegian refugee council manage the calls from thousands of people in crisis. When someone calls them, it’s not only about helping them in their crises but also making sure they are treated in a human way in what often is the biggest emergency of their life. Zing has supported them both during the Covid-19 crisis and the invasion of Ukraine. Helping them scale their contact centers and digital contact solutions.

Following up, Ingvild Wiggen from Sector Alarm will let us in on the other side of the alarm center, which many of us probably have encountered. There they handle alarm signals from 175 000 customers located all over Norway. They are often the first line when there is a burglary, fire, or panic alarm they are crucial in mapping what has happened, and ensuring the safety of the customer. When needed contact the police, fire brigade, or ambulance if they have to be present. She will tell us how they are working to focus on good customer experience, even under difficult circumstances, which can create positive results.
(This presentation will be in Norwegian)
